Check Do Not Disturb is turned off
- Open your Quick Panel and check to make sure Do Not Disturb is toggled off.
This setting is located at: Settings > Notifications > Do Not Disturb off (or swipe down from the top for Quick Panel > tap Do Not Disturb icon to disable).

Check Spam/Unknown Number Filtering is turned off
- If you turned on call filtering for unknown or spam numbers, those calls may be silently blocked or sent to voicemail without a visible notification.
This setting is located at: Phone app > Menu > Settings > Caller ID and spam protection > turn off "Filter spam calls."

Check Cellular Signal and Airplane Mode is turned off
- Check the top of your screen to check your signal strength. If you have low signal strength or Airplane Mode on, calls may fail to connect.
