Managing the device memory
Clearing your device's memory can help improve your device's speed to make it go faster. Your device may become slow because it is low on memory.
1.
From the Home screen, swipe up to view Apps.

Scroll to Settings.
3.
Tap Settings.
4.
Tap Storage.
5.
Tap Storage Manager.
6.
Tap or slide the Storage Manager switch to ON.
7.
Tap OK.
8.
Swipe from the left or right edge of the screen to go back.
Smart Storage will remove backed up photos and videos on your device when you run out of space.
9.
Tap Manage storage.
From this screen you can remove recommended items from your device.
10.
Tap Clean.
11.
Tap Clear.
12.
Swipe from the left or right edge of the screen to go back.
13.
Select a category.
14.
You've completed the steps!
