Toggling cellular data off and back on
Since a personal hotspot uses your cellular data to provide an internet connection to other devices, simply toggling cellular data off and back on again may help resolve minor issues.
1.
From the Settings app, tap Connections.

Tap Data usage.
3.
Tap or slide the Mobile data switch to OFF.
4.
After a moment, tap or slide the Mobile data switch back to ON.
5.
You've completed the steps!
