Turning visual voicemail on or off
Instead of directly dialing your voicemail inbox, visual voicemail allows you to read or listen to each of your voicemail messages. Follow along with this tutorial to familiarize yourself with the process of turning visual voicemail on and off.

From the Phone app, tap the Menu icon.

Tap Settings.
3.
Tap Voicemail.
4.
Tap or slide the Visual voicemail switch to OFF.
5.
Tap Turn off.
