Using Samsung Find to locate missing phones and accessories
Follow along to use your device's tracking feature to locate, lock, or erase a missing device.
1.
From the Samsung Find app, select a device to view options for it.
2.
Tap Ring to play a noise from your device to help find it.
3.
To adjust which devices can be seen in the Find app, tap the Menu icon.
4.
Tap Settings.
5.
Tap Allow devices to be found.
6.
Select a device.
7.
Tap or slide Allow this phone to be found ON or OFF.
You can also adjust this setting in Settings > Security and Privacy > Lost device protection.
