Upgrading your device
Once you have paid off a certain amount of your device you will be eligible to upgrade it.
1.
From the Services tab, select the device you'd like to view.
2.
Scroll to and tap Upgrade your device.
3.
Select your preferred new device and confirm device option, delivery location, payment, and trade-in options. Then tap Continue.
4.
Select your device protection preference and any accessories.
For this tutorial, we will be not be adding device protection or any accessories. You can choose another option, however your steps my vary.
5.
Tap Continue.
6.
Select your delivery or pickup options, then tap Check out.
Follow the on-screen prompts to complete your device upgrade.
7.
You've completed the steps!
