Blocking and unblocking a contact in messages
Discover how to block or unblock a contact in the Messages app. When a contact is blocked, you'll no longer receive phone calls, messages, or FaceTime from them.
1.
From within the Settings app, scroll to and tap Messages.

Tap Blocked Contacts.
3.
Tap Add New….
4.
Select the contact you'd like to block.
When a contact is blocked, you'll no longer receive phone calls, messages, or FaceTime from them.

To unblock a contact, tap Edit.
6.
Tap the Minus sign icon.
7.
Tap Unblock.
8.
You've completed the steps!
