Turning on and changing Flash notification settings
Your device can flash its camera light, or the screen itself, whenever you've received a new notification.

From the Settings app, scroll to Accessibility.

Tap Accessibility.
3.
Tap Advanced Settings.
4.
Tap Flash notification.
5.
Tap Camera flash notification.
6.
Choose an application to turn on.
7.
Tap the Camera flash notification to ON.
8.
You've completed the steps!
