Backing up and restoring your phone
It is a good idea to back up your device's information to the cloud regularly in case something happens to your device. Backing up your device's data to the cloud can also make it easier to set up a new device.
1.
From the Home screen, drag down the Notification panel.

Tap the Settings icon.

Tap General.
4.
Scroll to Backup.
5.
Tap Backup.
6.
Tap Google backup.
7.
Tap or slide the Back up to Google Drive switch to ON.
8.
Tap Account.
9.
Select your preferred backup account.
10.
Select a content type to view more information.
11.
You've completed the steps!
