Changing general settings
Changing the General Settings in Gmail will change the settings for all email accounts that have been added to Gmail.
1.
From the Gmail app main screen, tap the Navigation icon.

Scroll to Settings.
3.
Tap Settings.
4.
Tap General settings.
From this screen, you can adjust your inbox actions and notification preferences.

Select your preferences.
