Make & Receive a Call
Learn how to make and receive a call.
Only assigned contacts can communicate with the AT&T amiGO™ Jr. Phone. The AT&T amiGO™ Jr. Phone will not be able to call or text or receive calls or texts from anyone who is not listed in the Contacts app. The child can only call contacts that the Parent has added for them in the Contacts app. To learn more about how to make calls and add contacts through the AT&T amiGO™ app, visit the Companion App: Calls, Contacts, Messages.

• Receive an inbound call on your phone
• Make a call from the AT&T amiGO™ app
Make an outbound call from your phone
1. From the home screen, swipe left to the apps tray then select the Contacts app.
2. Select the three buttons icon next to the desired contact you wish to call, then select Voice Call.
Note: Calls can only be made and received from Contacts added through the AT&T amiGO™ app.
Receive an inbound call on your phone
When receiving an incoming call, select Answer icon to pick up the call, or select Decline icon to decline the call.
Make a call from the AT&T amiGO™ app
1. From your connected smart phone, navigate to and select the 
AT&T amiGO™ app.
2. Select the desired device.
3. Select Call.
