1. From the Start screen, tap the Phone tile.
   
2. Tap the Keypad icon.
   
3. Enter the desired phone number.
   
4. Tap call.
   
5. Tap answer to pick up an incoming call.
   
6. Tap ignore to ignore the incoming call.
   
7. Tap the Blue call bar while on the line to return to the call screen.
   
8. Visit the AT&T International Calling website for help making calls to or roaming in another country.
