1. Insert the provided tool or pin into the SIM card hole on the top of the device.
   
2. Remove the SIM card tray.
   
3. Install the Micro-SIM card into the tray with the gold contacts facing up.
   
4. Insert the SIM card tray into the device until it clicks into place and is secured.
   
5. If a Micro-SIM is not in the device, the Missing SIM icon will display in the notification bar.
   
6. The Battery is not removable on this device.
   
7. This device does not have an SD card slot.
