- From the home screen, swipe down from the top of the screen to reveal the Device Settings menu .
Note: Before setting up an Exchange email account, you will need your account's server settings. If you don't know this information, please contact your IT team or email provider for assistance.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Accounts.
- Tap the Add Account icon.
- Tap the Settings icon.
- Tap Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync.
- Enter the required account information.
- Tap Next, then follow the on-screen menus and instructions to set up your account.
