1. From the home screen, swipe down from the top of the screen.
   
2. Tap Settings.
   
3. To turn airplane mode on, tap the Airplane Mode switch.
   
4. When Airplane mode is turned on, the Airplane Mode icon will display in the Notification bar.
   
5. To turn Airplane mode off, tap the Airplane mode switch.
   
6. To quickly turn airplane mode on or off, swipe down from the top of the screen.
   
7. Swipe to, then tap Airplane mode to turn on or off.
