1. To power the device on, press and hold the Power/Lock key until the screen lights up.
   
2. To power the device off, press and hold the Power/Lock key.
   
3. Continue to hold the Power/Lock key until the timer reaches zero.
   
4. If you are unable to turn your device on, plug the device into a power source for 15 minutes, and then try again.
   
5. If you are unable to turn the device off, press and hold the Power/Lock key for more than ten seconds, until the screen turns off.
