1. Accessiblity features allow you to improve the usability of your device for users affected by impaired vision or hearing, cognitive difficulty, or reduced dexterity.
   
2. From the Menu window, tap Settings.
   
3. Press 4 or select System.
   
4. Select Accessibility.
   
5. Select Voice services.
   
6. Select Voice guide.
   
7. Then select Speech output.
   
8. Select On.
   
9. To turn off, from the Speech output menu, select Off.
