Determine your current device software version and check for updates.

Stay current by regularly checking for software updates, which often include important security patches and performance enhancements. Before downloading updates, ensure you’re connected to a reliable Wi-Fi or cellular network for a smooth experience.

To view device memory, press the OK key to access the main menu.
Use the navigation keys to select Settings, then press the OK key.
Use the navigation keys to select System, then press the OK key.
Use the navigation keys to select About phone, then press the OK key.
Scroll down to view the Software version.
Use the navigation keys to select AT&T Software Update, then press the OK key.
Use the navigation keys to select Check for Updates, then press the OK key.
