- SEND A TEXT MESSAGE: From the clock screen, press the Power/Home button.
- Rotate the bezel, then select Messages.
- Select the Menu icon.
- Select New message.
- Select Enter recipient field.
- Enter the desired contact on the keypad then select the Down arrow icon.
- Select the desired number.
- Select NEXT.
- Select the desired text input option (voice input, emoticons, or keyboard) or auto response option.
Note: Keyboard icon was selected for this tutorial.
- Select Enter message field.
- Enter desired message, then select Send.
- To send a message using S Voice, from the Message input screen, select the Microphone icon.
- When Speak now is displayed, speak your desired message.
- Select SEND.
- Every voice message can be sent as a Text or Audio message, select the desired option.
- READ A TEXT MESSAGE: From the Messages screen, select the desired message.
- REPLY TOÂ A TEXT MESSAGE: From the desired message, select the Reply icon.
- Select the desired text input option (voice input, emoticons, or keyboard) or auto response option.
Note: Keyboard was selected for this tutorial.
- Enter message, then select Send.
- DELETE A TEXT MESSAGE: Select the Menu icon.
- Select the Trashcan icon.
- DELETE A TEXT MESSAGE THREAD: From the Messages screen, select the Menu icon.
- Select the Trashcan icon.
- Select the desired message thread then select DELETE.
