Learn about your Connected Life security hub LED status light

Actualizado hace más de 6 meses

Your AT&T Connected Life security hub status light can be off, red, or orange. Learn what each status means.

Status light: Off

When the security hub is in standby mode with no faults, the LED on the face of the device stays off.

Status light: Red

  • Soft red (flashing): System is armed in Arm Stay.

  • Soft red (solid): System is armed in Arm Away.

  • Bright red (solid): System was recently activated to Alarm mode. To reset, arm the system in Arm Stay or Arm Away mode, wait a full minute, then disarm the system.

  • Bright red (flashing): The system is in active Alarm mode with sirens. Disarm the system to turn it off.

Status light: Orange

This means there's a problem with the security hub. Here's what to look for:

  • Your internet connection could be down. Look for offline events in your activity timeline.

  • The security hub's battery may be low, or the battery switch may be in the off position. Check your activity timeline or look for a fault reminder when the system is armed.

  • A connected device may have a low battery. Review your activity timeline and fault reminders when the system is armed.

  • One of the devices may have lost its wireless connection with the security hub. Check your activity timeline and fault reminders when the system is armed.
