| Offer someone secondary online access | Scroll down and tap Account users > If you have more than one account, tap the account you want to update. Tap Manage secondary access > Add secondary user > Number(s) you want to grant secondary access to. | Primary only | The person will receive a text or email stating that you want to offer them secondary online access to the account. |
| Remove someone’s secondary access | Scroll down and tap Account users > If you have more than one account, tap the account you want to update. Tap Manage secondary access > Remove. | Primary only | This removes the ability of that user to manage the account online. |
| Give your primary access to a secondary | Scroll down and tap Account users > If you have more than one account, tap the account you want to update. Tap Manage secondary access > Transfer primary online access. | Primary only | This option swaps access to make the primary a secondary and vice versa. After the transfer, only the new primary can control who has online access to the account. |
| Remove (un-link) the account from the user ID you’re signed in with | Tap Login information > If you have more than one account, tap the account you want to update. Tap Remove this account. | Primary or Secondary | After doing this, you won’t be able to manage the account online. |
| Change your secondary online access to primary | Scroll down and tap Account users > If you have more than one account, tap the account you want to update.
