Income:Review the qualifying household income table to see the maximum income allowed for your household size. Using the information in your application, an attempt will be made to automatically verify your household size and income.
If your income can’t be automatically verified, you may be asked to upload your most recent W‑2 or Social Security Statement of Benefits (SSA‑1099).

If the person qualifying for the program is under 16, a parent or legal guardian must apply on their behalf. The application and any required documents should include the guardian’s information, along with proof of the participant’s eligibility.
