After 60GB for AT&amp;T Unlimited Premium&reg; PL, 30GB for AT&amp;T Unlimited Extra&reg; EL, and 5GB for AT&amp;T Unlimited Starter&reg; SL, all tethering data usage for that line will be slowed to a max of 128Kbps for the rest of the bill cycle.

Our Video Management feature applies automatically and strives to render streaming video in standard-definition (SD), with a max speed cap at 2.0Mbps, which should be perfect for viewing on a smartphone. For plans with SD streaming only, the feature remains on. If your plan includes HD or 4K UHD, you can stream in SD by keeping the setting on. Then to experience higher definition streaming, or if you have any issues, you can turn it off any time. With Video Management on, other content bundled by content providers with streaming video may be impacted and slowed.
