Step 1: Check service availability
Complete the Check service availability form at right to find out whether the Internet service offered under the Access program from AT&T is available for your address.
If the Access program from AT&T is available* where you live, go on to the next step.

Check service availability
See if you qualify for the Access program from AT&T. You can complete the form online, or you can download a copy to print, fill out, and mail or email. You can also call us at one of the numbers shown in step 2.
We need more information about your service address to complete the search. Please contact an AT&T representative at 855.220.5211. (For help in Spanish, call 855.220.5225.)
If we're not recognizing your address, here are some things you can try:
- For your street address, don't use a rural route address or a PO box.
- Be sure your street address is complete and that everything is spelled correctly. Check that any numbers are in the correct order.
- Include your apartment or unit number if you have one.
- Check that you're using your complete 5-digit ZIP code and that the numbers are in the correct order.
Step 2: Apply for the program
Please note, due to unusually high call volume, we are currently experiencing longer than normal hold times. If you are able to connect to the internet, for your convenience, most transactions can be quickly completed online, at att.com.

If you exceed your monthly data plan allowance, you will be charged $10 for each 50GB of data usage in excess of your data plan, even if less than 50 gigabytes is used.
