  • How can I check my remaining installment plan balance?
    Check your device balance by signing into myAT&T. Once you sign in you will see your installment plan details for each device on your account. You can make a plan payment or choose to upgrade your device.
  • How do I upgrade with AT&T Next Up℠?

    There are 3 ways to upgrade your smartphone when you have an AT&T Installment Plan with Next Up:

    Upgrade Eligible1

    Pay at least 50% of your device cost plus $6 per month on AT&T Installment Plan with Next Up. Then turn in your current smartphone in good physical and fully functional condition to upgrade to a new phone.

    Pay To Upgrade1

    If you haven’t yet paid the required amount to be upgrade eligible, you can make a single payment to reach eligibility. Then you can turn in your financed smartphone (or one of the same make/model in fully functional and good physical condition) to upgrade to a new phone on AT&T Installment Plan with Next Up.
