Your Customer Code is the three-digit number generated to add security to your account and is also used as a customer identifying method.

Your Customer Code is the three-digit code that immediately follows your telephone number at the top corner of your paper bill.
To find your Customer Code online, do the following:

- Select Go to bill & payments.
- View current paper bill (PDF).
