Manage voicemails

Listen to and manage AT&T voicemail online
  1. Enter your Member ID and password to sign in to your online account.  
  2. Select My Services.
  3. Select Voice Messages.
  4. Do any of the following:
    • To listen to messages, select the Play arrow.
    • To add contacts to your address book, select the red plus sign (+) to add to Address Book.
    • To delete messages, select the recycle bin.
    • To save the message on your PC, select the play icon, and then select Save in the dialogue box.
    • To email your messages, select the box next to the message, and then select Forward via Email under More Actions.

Initiate a call online
  1. Enter your Member ID and password to sign in to your online account.
  2. Select the phone number you want to call.
  3. Select Place Call in the Connect the Call pop-up.

You can also type a phone number in the Make a Call box, and then select Call.
