Changing the nickname displayed on your AT&T online account
Learn how to change the nickname displayed when you log into your AT&T online account profile.
Change AT&T Account Management nickname
To change the nickname that is displayed when you log in to AT&T Account Management:
Sign in to myAT&T online account with your current User ID and Password.
If you have multiple accounts under the User ID, choose the account that you wish to change the nickname.
Select MY PROFILE, found in the top navigation area.
If you have multiple telephone numbers under this account, choose the telephone number you wish to change the nickname. If you want to change all the nicknames under the account, check all the boxes.
Select the Edit nicknames link in the lower left-hand corner of the page.
Enter your new information and select Submit.
If you have other accounts that you would like to change nicknames, go to the Account Number drop-down box in the upper right corner and choose the next account.
Follow steps 3 through 7 until you have made changes to the nicknames of all your accounts.
