Using online payments
If your online payment from last month was not debited from your bank account or charged to your credit/debit card, you may check your Payment History to make sure that your online payment was successfully submitted.
  1. Sign in to myAT&T for Business.
  2. Select Billing and Payment options.
  3. Select More payment history to see if the payment is listed.

All online payments that were successfully submitted online are immediately shown in your payment history.
  • If the payment is shown on the Payment History page, contact your bank or credit/debit card issuer to determine why the payment wasn't shown on your statement.
  • If the payment is not shown on the Payment History page, please contact us.
