Stop the paper bill for another phone number in myAT&T for Business

If you receive a separate bill for a different phone number, you must add that number to your myAT&T for Business profile before you can stop its paper bill.

Add a new account

  1. Sign in to your myAT&T for Business using the user ID and password that you registered.
  2. Once signed in, select view profile from the Top Nav Profile at the top of the page.
  3. Select the Add a new account link, found under Quick Links.
  4. Complete the next steps.
  5. To stop your paper bills, on the last step, select Stop my paper bills and select Continue. You will be asked to read and agree to the Terms and Conditions for stopping your paper bills. If you agree, select Accept.

Note: Repeat these steps to stop paper bills for any additional phone numbers on a separate bill. You don't need to register numbers that are billed as part of a main billed phone number. You only need to register the main billed phone number in myAT&T for Business. (The main billed phone number is shown at the top of your paper bill.) You may register 35 or fewer billed telephone numbers in your myAT&T for Business.
