Get details on the price increase for select AT&T unlimited plans

Starting June 1, 2022, there will be a price increase for select legacy AT&T unlimited plans for business.

Here’s what you need to know about the pricing changes we are making to select retired AT&T Unlimited ChoiceSM for Business, AT&T Unlimited PlusSM for Business, AT&T Business UnlimitedSM Basic, AT&T Business UnlimitedSM Plus, AT&T Business UnlimitedSM Enhanced, AT&T Business UnlimitedSM Basic with Private Wi-Fi, AT&T Business UnlimitedSM Plus with Private Wi-Fi, AT&T Business UnlimitedSM Enhanced with Private Wi-Fi, and AT&T Business UnlimitedSM Preferred plans (collectively, the Impacted Plans).

For each Impacted Plan you have, we will apply the price increase described below to your monthly plan charge beginning with your June bill.

Details

For Impacted Plans that allow only one line, the monthly plan charge will increase by $6. For Impacted Plans that allow multiple lines, the monthly plan charge will increase by $12.

Please note that, at this time, there is no change to the monthly device access charges for your Impacted Plan(s).

Next steps

You have the choice to:

(a) keep your Impacted Plan(s) at these new rates,

(b) move to another available rate plan, including one of our current Unlimited Your WaySM-eligible AT&T Business Unlimited plans, which have enhanced features. Details can be found at att.com/bizUYW; or

(c) cancel service to your CRU lines on an Impacted Plan. If you choose to cancel an impacted line with a service commitment, we will waive the Cancellation Fee that would otherwise apply. If you choose to cancel an impacted line that has an installment agreement with a remaining balance, you can cancel service, return the device, and receive a credit for the outstanding installment balance. Use the self-service option by going to bit.ly/returnmsv for information on how to return their smartphone and print a return label.

For Unlimited Your Way-eligible AT&T Business Unlimited plans: AT&T may temporarily slow data speeds if the network is busy.
