Get details on the price increase for select AT&T Mobile Share plans

Starting June 1, 2022, there will be a price increase for select legacy AT&T Mobile Share plans for business.

What to know

Here’s what you need to know about the pricing changes we are making to select retired AT&T Mobile ShareSM (original), AT&T Mobile Share Data Only, AT&T Mobile Share Value, AT&T Mobile Share Flex, and AT&T Mobile Share Advantage plans for business (collectively, the Impacted Plans).

For each Impacted Plan you have, we will apply the price increase described below to your monthly plan charge beginning with your June bill.

Details

For Impacted Plans with a monthly data allowance of less than 6GB, the monthly plan charge will increase by $6. For Impacted Plans with a monthly data allowance of 6GB or more, the monthly plan charge will increase by $12.

Please note that, at this time, there is no change to the monthly device access charges for your Impacted Plan(s).

Next steps

You have the choice to:

(a) keep your Impacted Plan(s) at these new rates,

(b) move to another available rate plan, including one of our current AT&T Mobile Share PlusSM for Business plans or Unlimited Your WaySM-eligible AT&T Business Unlimited plans, both of which have enhanced features. Details can be found at att.com/attmobileshare or att.com/bizUYW, respectively; or

(c) cancel service to your CRU lines on an Impacted Plan. If you choose to cancel an impacted line with a service commitment, we will waive the Cancellation Fee that would otherwise apply. If you choose to cancel an impacted line that has an installment agreement with a remaining balance, you can cancel service, return the device, and receive a credit for the outstanding installment balance. Use the self-service option by going to bit.ly/returnmsv for information on how to return their smartphone and print a return label.

For Unlimited Your Way-eligible AT&T Business Unlimited plans: AT&T may temporarily slow data speeds if the network is busy.
