Block or Unblock Messages

Block messages from your device.
INSTRUCTIONS & INFO
  1. BLOCK MESSAGES: From the home screen, press the Call/Accept key to access the call log.

  2. Press the down directional key to scroll to the desired phone number, then press the Options key.

  3. Press the down directional key to scroll to Block number, then press the Select key.

  4. Press the right directional key to highlight BLOCK, then press the Select key.

    Note: Alternately, from the Phone app, press the Options key > down directional key to scroll to Call settings > Select key > down directional key to scroll to Call blocking > Select key > Options key > Select key to select Add a number > enter the desired number > directional keys to navigate to BLOCK > Select key.

  5. UNBLOCK MESSAGES: From the call log, press the down directional key to scroll to the desired phone number then press the Options key.

  6. Press the down directional key to scroll to Unblock number, then press the Select key.

  7. Press the right directional key to highlight UNBLOCK, then press the Select key.

    Note: Alternately, from the Contacts screen, press the Options key > down directional key to scroll to Blocked numbers > Options key > directional keys and Select key to select desired option.
