It Works, BUT!
It works!! BUT!! Please include a set of clear directions on PAPER when you pack the modem. Stop with the "it's on the internet" bull. If your modem doesn't work how can you get on the internet?

Lousy customer interactions
The modem didn't have the right connections for my service which I couldn't determine from the site. Okay, time to return it.
IT TOOK ME AN ENTIRE HOUR, MOSTLY ON HOLD, AND THREE, COUNT THEM THREE, DIFFERENT REPS TO FINALLY GET A DAMNED RETURN LABEL. And it's not as if the return has shown up on my credit card despite the return being acknowledged over a week ago. Oh, and a "quality" "insight"? Really? .

sporadic disconnects finally returned it

AT&T provided (I paid) this router for me new installation. For a month I fought with it thinking it was my laptops / phone or the weather (we do live in the country boonies). I finally had a service call and the tech said he tweaked the DSL also made my channel static. It did not help, it would drop wifi, drop internet connection. I finally sent it back because it was defective. I don't want another of this type, the OLD Motorola model I had and put in its place, work like a champ, it was definitely the router / modem, poor quality or quality control

I ordered a new modem for my DSL and two days later I was notified AT&T would no longer service DSL so I wasted over $100

Wrong product recommendation

Online ATT recommended netgear dsl 7550 was the wrong thing for my situation and was useless. Wasted $100. Associate at the local ATT store was extremely helpful and his recommendation Internet Air worked perfectly.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Difficult to find right product

This doesn't have an ont port and didn't work for my Internet. It's difficult to find the right product and very difficult to return. Had to wait for a call back that took closer to 30 minutes rather than the 13 min. I was told it would take. This makes doing business with att difficult.
