What is Connected Life with Google Home?

AT&T Connected Life with Google Home is a security and smart home solution. It brings together Google Nest devices, security devices, along with professional monitoring by Abode. It's designed to be a simple, comprehensive solution, managed through the AT&T Connected Life app.

How is this different from the old AT&T Digital Life?

AT&T Connected Life is a completely new product. It’s powered by Google Home, integrates with Google Nest cameras, and features an easy 30-minute DIY install. No technician visits, no long-term contracts, and plans start at $10.99/mo.

Do I need a technician to install AT&T Connected Life?

No. The entire system is designed for DIY setup. Most customers are up and running in about 30 minutes using the Connected Life app — no tools, no drilling, no appointments.

Can I get professional installation?

Yes, if you prefer professional installation instead of DIY setup, we have you covered. We can connect you with professional installers to handle your setup, for an additional cost. You may also have the option to choose professional installation during checkout and schedule your service with one of these providers.

Is there a long-term contract?

No contract, ever. Professional monitoring starts at $10.99/mo and you can cancel anytime. There are no hidden fees, no cancellation penalties, and no commitments.

What happens if my Wi-Fi or power goes out?

AT&T Connected Life includes cellular backup, so your system stays connected to 24/7 professional monitoring even if your internet or power goes down. Your home is always protected.

Is AT&T Connected Life with Google Home compatible with iOS?

Yes. Our app has both Android and iOS versions.

What if I want to cancel or return the service or equipment?

Since there’s no annual contract, you can cancel your service anytime. You have 30 days after receiving your shipment to get a full refund on your products. After this 30-day period, refunds generally aren't available.

Can I have AT&T Connected Life for multiple homes?

At this time, we're only able to support Connected Life service for one home per AT&T customer account.

Can I finance the equipment?

Yes. Affirm financing is available starting at about $25/mo, so you can spread the cost of your system over time. Free shipping is included on all kits.
