Turning on and changing Flash notification settings
Your device can flash its camera light, or the screen itself, whenever you've received a new notification.
1.
From the Accessibility screen in Settings, tap Advanced settings.

Tap Flash notification.
3.
Tap or slide the Screen flash notification switch to ON.

You've completed the steps!
