Send, Receive, or Delete a Picture, Audio, or Video Multimedia Message (MMS) with the Pantech Breeze II (P2000)

Prerequisite

• Check for wireless data availability.
  
  

Send a Multimedia Message (MMS)
The Pantech Breeze II (P2000) is capable of sending picture, audio, and video files.

1. From the standby screen, press Menu.
   
   
   
2. Scroll to and select Messaging.
   
   
   
3. Scroll to and select Create Message.
   
   
   
4. Input any desired text, then press Insert.
   
   
   
5. Scroll to and select the desired file type:
   
   
   
• Picture
• Video
• Sound
  
  
6. Scroll to and select the desired folder.
   NOTE: There may also be subfolders to select.
        
   
   
7. Scroll to and select the desired file, then press Send to.
        
   
   
8. To send the message to a contact stored in the address book:
   
   
• Scroll to and select each desired recipient. When ready to send, press Send.
  
  
  
9. To send the message to a phone number that is not stored in the address book:
   
   
1. Press Options, then select Enter Number.
   
   
   
2. Enter the desired phone number, then press Select.
   
   
   
3. Press Send.
   
   
   

Receive a Multimedia Message (MMS)
NOTE: A notification message will display automatically when a new multimedia message (MMS) is received.

1. To read a message when it first arrives, press View.
   
   
   
2. To read it later:
   
   
1. From the standby screen, press Menu.
   
   
   
2. Scroll to and select Messaging.
   
   
   
3. Select Inbox.
   
   
   
4. Scroll to the desired message, then press View.
   
   
   
5. The multimedia message will be displayed.
   
   

Delete a Multimedia Message (MMS)

• To delete a multimedia message while viewing it:
  
  
• Press Options, then select Delete. Press Yes to confirm deletion.
       
  
  

Unable to send or receive MMS

1. Verify that the device can connect to the Internet.
2. Verify Multimedia Messaging Settings.
3. Verify file size and format.
4. Verify that MMS blocking and other dialing restrictions are disabled.
5. Power the device off and back on.
6. Attempt to send or receive a multimedia message (MMS) again.
