Prerequisites

Verify wireless data network attach.

Access Browser
  1. From the Home screen, select the Browser icon .
  2. The Browser Start Page will be displayed. 
      
Access the Browser Home Page via Bookmarks
  1. From the Home screen, select the Browser icon .
  2. Press the Menu key, then select Bookmarks.
      
     
  3. Scroll to and select AT&T Bookmarks.
      
      
  4. Scroll to and select Home Page. 
      
      
  5. The browser will display the home page.  
       
If unable to access the browser home page, please perform the following troubleshooting steps
  1. Clear the browser cache.
  2. Perform a Hard Reset.
  3. Verify the following service books exist.
    • WAP2 Transport
    • WAP2 Browser Config
  4. If these service books are mising, perform one of the following:
  5. Check Issues and Errors log.
  6. If still unable to access the browser, contact Customer Care.
