Accept or Decline a meeting request

On the home screen, open the All tray, and then select
.
- Scroll to and select the meeting request to view details.
- Press the Menu key, and then select one of the following options:
NOTE: To check your calendar while you view the meeting invitation, select View Calendar.
- Accept: Select
.
- Select the desired option:
- Send Response: Select this option to agree to the meeting request.
- Add Comments: Select this option to agree to the meeting request, and reply with comments.
- Tentative: Select
.
- Select the desired option:
- Send Response: Select this option to tentatively agree to the meeting request.
- Add Comments: Select this option to tentatively agree to the meeting request, and reply with comments.
- Decline: Select
.
- Select the desired option:
- Send Response: Select this option to deny the meeting request.
- Add Comments: Select this option to deny the meeting request, and reply with comments.
- Select the desired acknowledgement type:
- Send Response: Select this option to send a standard reply.
- Add Comments: Select this option to reply with comments.
- Enter the text as desired.
- Press the Menu key, and then select Send.
Forward an appointment or meeting

On the home screen, open the All tray, and then select
.
- Scroll to and select the meeting request.
- Press the Menu key, and then select Forward.
- Enter the recipient's email address and adjust the text if desired.
- Press the Menu key, and then select Send.
