Check Dialing Restrictions for the AT&T Z331

IMPORTANT: Enabling dialing restrictions can result in the inability to place or receive calls. It is recommended that such restrictions be disabled as outlined in the following instructions.

Verify fixed dialing is off

1. From the standby screen, select Menu.
   
   
   
2. Select Settings.
   
   
   
3. Select Security.
   
   
   
4. Select Fixed dial numbers.
   
   
   
5. Select Off.
   

 
Verify SMS/MMS blocking is disabled
The AT&T Z331 does not include a specific SMS/MMS blocking feature. However, general dialing restrictions (as detailed above) should be disabled since such restrictions can interfere with text and multimedia messaging.
