Troubleshoot Wireless Data Service Availability for the AT&T Z331


Instructions

  1. Verify that the device is powered on.
  2. Verify that the device is showing at least two bars of signal strength. If not, then it may be necessary to change locations in order to experience reliable data transfer. With less than two bars, the device may connect but applications such as web browsing will be slow and prone to loss of connection.
  3. Verify that the device indicates that wireless data service is available. If it does not, identify the wireless carrier on which the device is registered. If the device is registered on a network other than AT&T:
  4. Power the device off and then back on.
  5. If still not acquiring wireless data service, please contact Customer Care.
