1. From the home screen, drag down from the Notifications bar with two fingers to access the menu.
   
2. Tap SETTINGS.
   
3. Scroll to, then tap Email.
   
4. Tap Settings.
   
5. To edit general email settings, tap General.
   
6. Adjust settings as desired, then press the Back key.
   
7. To edit settings for a single email account, tap the desired account.
   
8. To create or edit an email signature, tap Signature.
   
9. To adjust email sync frequency, scroll to then tap Inbox check frequency.
   
10. To toggle email notifications on/of, scroll to then tap Email notifications.
    
11. To adjust incoming server settings, scroll to then tap Incoming settings.
    
12. To adjust outgoing server settings, tap Outgoing settings.
    
13. To delete an account from the phone, tap Remove account.
