Email settings
Manage email settings such as sync frequency, server settings, signature, deleting an email account, and more.
INSTRUCTIONS & INFO
- From the home screen, drag down from the Notifications bar with two fingers to access the menu.
- Tap SETTINGS.
- Scroll to, then tap Email.
- Tap Settings.
- To edit general email settings, tap General.
- Adjust settings as desired, then press the Back key.
- To edit settings for a single email account, tap the desired account.
- To create or edit an email signature, tap Signature.
- To adjust email sync frequency, scroll to then tap Inbox check frequency.
- To toggle email notifications on/of, scroll to then tap Email notifications.
- To adjust incoming server settings, scroll to then tap Incoming settings.
- To adjust outgoing server settings, tap Outgoing settings.
- To delete an account from the phone, tap Remove account.
