1. From the home screen, tap Dialer.
   
2. Tap the Dialpad to dial the desired 10-digit phone number.
   
3. Tap the Call icon.
   
4. When receiving an incoming call, touch then drag the Lock icon to Answer to answer the call.
   
5. Touch, then drag the Lock icon to Decline to reject the incoming call.
   
6. To reject the call with a text message, touch, then drag the Lock icon to Send SMS, then tap the desired message.
   
7. When on the home screen, while in a call, the In Call status bar will be displayed.
   
8. Visit the AT&T International Calling website for help making calls to or roaming in another country.
