1. From the home screen, tap Messaging.
   
2. Tap the Menu icon.
   
3. Tap Settings.
   
4. To change the SMS center number, tap SMS center number.
   
5. Tap the SMS center number field to change the SMS center number.
   
6. Tap SAVE.
   
7. To change the Notification Alert Sound, tap Tone.
   
8. Tap the desired Notifcation alert sound.
   
9. Tap APPLY.
   
10. Tap Emergency Alerts.
    
11. Tap the desired options.
