1. From the home screen, press and hold the Power/Lock key.
   
2. Tap Airplane mode.
   
3. Airplane mode is now active. While Airplane mode is enabled, the Airplane mode icon will be displayed in the Notifications Bar.
   
4. To quickly enable or disable Airplane mode, swipe down from the top of the screen.
   
5. Tap the Down arrow.
   
6. Tap Airplane mode.
