1. From the home screen, swipe down the Notifications bar.
   
2. Tap Settings.
   
3. Tap Accounts & sync.
   
4. Tap Add.
   
5. Tap Mail.
   
6. Enter the desired email account name and the name you want displayed on outgoing messages, and then tap Next.
   
7. To confirm that email setup has been successful, test by sending an email.
