1. From the home screen, tap Phone.
   
2. Select a contact or enter a phone number and tap Call.
   
3. To answer an incoming call, tap Answer.
   
4. To ignore an incoming call and forward to voicemail, tap Decline.
   
5. Visit the AT&T International Calling website for help making calls to or roaming in another country.
