1. From the Start screen, scroll to, then tap the Settings tile.
   
2. Scroll to, then tap start+theme.
   
3. Tap choose photo.
   
4. Tap the desired album.
   Note: This tutorial selects 'Backgrounds'.
   
5. Tap the desired background image.
   
6. Touch and drag to adjust picture cropping.
   
7. Tap the OK icon.
   
8. To change background display color, tap the Background field.
   
9. Tap light to change to a white background with black text.
   Note: White backgrounds will consume additional battery.
