1. From the home screen, tap the Apps icon.
   
2. Tap Settings.
   
3. Tap Display,gestures & buttons.
   
4. To toggle display auto-rotate, tap the Auto-rotate screen checkbox.
   
5. To adjust the display timeout duration, tap Screen timeout.
   
6. Tap the desired Screen timeout duration.
   
7. To adjust display brightness, tap Brightness.
   
8. Touch, then drag the Brightness level slider to adjust display brightness.
   
9. Tap OK to set display brightness.
