1. From the home screen, tap the Apps icon.
   
2. Swipe to, then tap Visual Voicemail.
   Note: Alternatively, you can set up voicemail by tapping the Phone icon, then pressing and holding the number 1 key. If prompted, enter your voicemail password, then follow the prompts to set up your voicemail.
   
3. Tap Update AT&T Visual Voicemail.
   
4. Tap UPDATE.
   
5. Tap ACCEPT.
   
6. Tap OPEN.
   
7. Tap Call Voicemail.
   
8. Tap Hang up.
   
9. Tap Continue.
   
10. Enter the voicemail password, then tap Continue.
    
11. Tap Finish.
    
12. Visual Voicemail is now ready for use.
